The Mystery of Edwin Drood
Obsidian Theatre
3522 White Oak Drive Houston
The winner of five Tony Awards when it played on Broadway, The Mystery of Edwin Drood is a riotous, interactive whodunit mystery that invites the audience to enter the action and play detective. Though Dickens died before he could finish the book, he left plenty of daffy, delightful suspects behind to sift through, and you and your fellow audience members will get to decide who the culprit is. Choices include Drood's leering romantic rival John Jasper, opium purveyor Princess Puffer, and the mysterious Landless twins. The Obsidian Theater's production of this charming and inventive show with appeal for musical and mystery fans alike plays at in Houston.
